ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits within Hardland's Technician Career Ladder (TO-T3), offering clear expectations, skill-based wage progression, and transparent advancement opportunities.
The Landscape Labourer / Apprentice is the entry point into our field team. This role is built for someone who wants to work hard, learn the trade, and grow into a long-term career in landscape construction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Support active landscape construction crews on job sites
Move materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with digging, grading prep, site setup, and cleanup
Support hardscape, softscape, fencing, and pool-related work
Help maintain clean, organized, safe work areas
Support snow shovel operations in winter if assigned
